Skytech Announces New Governance Structure

Francis Angotti brings extensive experience as an executive within major international groups in the industrial, services, and environmental sectors. He began his career in the oil sector with the TotalEnergies Group, where he held development roles in Europe for ten years. He then joined Disneyland Paris for the theme park’s construction, followed by CNIM Group, a global French industrial equipment manufacturer, as Sales Director. He later spent 18 years at Veolia Group in several leadership positions: within the Waste branch in France and the UK, and in the Transport branch as Managing Director of the Asia-Pacific region for Veolia Transdev. Since 2015, Francis has specialized in consulting for SMEs to support their growth. He notably played a key role in Skytech’s inception by participating in the construction of its industrial facilities.
Francis Angotti states: "I am delighted to join Skytech as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. As the European Union commits to an ambitious trajectory for a European materials reuse market, Skytech, with its technological expertise and industrial capacity, is already an essential ally for manufacturers aiming to decarbonize their production processes."
Frédéric Delaval, Skytech’s new Managing Director, has nearly 30 years of experience in leading companies specializing in transport and urban logistics. Before joining Skytech, Frédéric was the Deputy Managing Director of Urby, supporting local authorities in implementing carbon-free urban logistics solutions. Previously, he was President of Mobigreen, a pioneer in soft mobility. He also served as Technical Director of the Services-Mail-Parcels branch at La Poste Group for 6 years. He built his career in industrial and service companies such as Technicolor and Pfizer, starting as a Supply Chain consultant at PEA.
Frédéric Delaval adds: "I am thrilled to join Skytech and put my skills toward the commercial and industrial development of this remarkable industrial SME. With a production tool that can ultimately reach a capacity of 40,000 tons of premium ABS, PS, and PP, Skytech has become the indispensable partner for manufacturers committed to decarbonization."
